Lotte, Lizette, Anton, FrankFriday evening began as many others have begun, dinner at seven, cleanup, then chatting on the couches with tea and coffee. We had a guest staying with us from Sweden to check out the house, our vision, and to spend time with Frank. As the evening progessed different ideas were given on what we should do..go for a walk, watch a movie... Then someone brought up "low riders". We soon found out that some people in the house that rode their bicycles to dinner last week came up with a new way to ride. Instead of sitting on the seat, they would sit on the thing that rested just above the back tire giving the appearance of "low-riding". Soon a small band of us decided to go out as low riders in Copenhagen. However, we couldn't just ride, we had to add some flair...as you saw in the pictures above. As we were riding through the streets of Copenhagen, which were fairly well populated for 10PM, Frank began pulling stunts on his bike. I made a video, however it is a bit rough because, well, I was low-riding also.

ReplyDeleteNext time I am bored and can't think of something to do I'll suggest low riding and get bizarre looks.
